We have created indemnity, insurance, contract security (bonding), and limitation of liability language to use in contracts for:

•  Professional Consulting (Design Services) with architects / engineers

•  Construction Contracts for construction services

 

Using our language ensures:

​

• Consistency of insurance, indemnity, contract security, and limitation of liability clauses across the broader public sector construction projects; and,

• Alignment between the construction agreements contractual requirements and the current deductibles and sub-limits that you as Owner will obtain through the Construction Insurance Program for both Course of Construction (COC) [including if the Ministry self-insures the COC] and for Wrap Up General Liability (WUL) insurance​​
